All Oahu, Hawaii Orders (Free Same Day Delivery)

Local customers on the island of Oahu are eligible for same day delivery if orders are placed before 12PM M-F HST. Please note that due to significant fluctuations in our warehouse operations same day delivery is not guaranteed and the earlier orders are placed the better. Orders placed after 12:00PM HST M-F will be packed and delivered locally next day. Our warehouse is closed in observance of Federal Holidays. 

Will Call

Orders placed for will call will be held for one full business day after order has been placed if placed before 11AM HST. Orders may be subject to cancellation and refunded if not picked up promptly. 

Standard Returns

We gladly accept returns of eligible new, unopened items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To initiate a return request, complete this form 30 days from date of purchase. Return requests initiated more than 30 days after date of purchase will be denied

 
You must include all information requested in full detail otherwise your request will be denied. All requested returned items must be in sealed non-opened packaging in order to be eligible for return. Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our return policy. 
Note: Prompt shipment of return item is required: Once your return has been authorized you will have 1 week to deliver or ship the items to our returns department. If the Return request products are not shipped or delivered with-in a week of authorization it will result in rejection of the claim and claim will be closed.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • No returns on CLEARANCE products. Returns will be denied.
  • For sanitary reasons and the safety of our staff, no returns on ANY batteries, devices containing liquids/e-juice, including disposables, closed-pod systems, and e-juice bottles. Returns will be denied.
  • No returns on food items or consumable items such as but not limited to: gummies, shots, capsules, oils, tinctures, snacks, etc. 
  • No returns on NON-DEFECTIVE products. Returns will be denied
  • All returns MUST include the original packaging and all original pieces. Returns without original packaging will be denied.

Shipping Labels for Denied Items:

  • If your return is denied, you must provide a shipping label for the denied product(s) within 30 days. If no shipping label is provided, the product(s) will be disposed of.

PACT ACT VAPE MAIL ANNOUNCEMENT 

Due to PACT Act regulations we are only able to ship intra-state with USPS. All Hawaii bound packages will require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery with I.D. check and will be accompanied by a $7 signature on delivery fee.

In order to purchase you must be a valid retail business. JOCOR Distro reserves the right to request additional documentation in support of valid retail business status.
